Jeanne Marsden, 89, died March 14, 2010, at her home in Vero Beach.
She was born in Columbus, Ohio, and lived in Vero Beach for 25 years coming from Mountain Lakes, N.J. She was a travel agent and worked at Orchid Isle Travel and Treasure Coast Travel before her retirement in 2002.
She was a member of Christ By The Sea United Methodist Church, Vero Beach. She was an avid supporter and former president of the Center for the Arts, Vero Beach; and a member of the Republican Women Aware, Vero Beach.
Survivors include her husband of 68 years, William H. Marsden; and son, Dennis Marsden, both of Vero Beach; daughter, Barbara Stephenson of Naperville, Ill.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her son, Terry Marsden.
A memorial service will be 12:30 p.m. March 19 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach, with the Rev. Dawn Reichard officiating.
