Jesse Danny Wilkinson, 62, died Feb. 23, 2010, at Sebastian River Medical Center.
He was born in Palatka and lived in Fellsmere since 1972, coming from Palm Bay. He was a former state trooper and was the owner of the Wilkinson Grove Service.
He served in the Army and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and the Eagles.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Cheryl Wilkinson of Fellsmere; son, Jesse Wilkinson of Vero Beach; daughter, Tonya Hansen of Vero Beach; brother, Kevin Wilkinson of Virginia Beach, Va.; sisters, Sylvia Flores of Jacksonville, Peggy Farinas of Jacksonville, Lueann Pantaniban of Green Cove Springs; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Feb. 26 at Seawinds Funeral Home Chapel, Sebastian.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Feb. 27 at Treasure Coast Assembly of God, Vero Beach. Burial will follow in Fellsmere Brookside Cemetery, with military honors by Sebastian River Area Veterans Honor Guard.
