Marion Curran Denninger, 86, of Vero Beach, died Monday, Aug. 24, 2009, at the VNA Hospice House. Mrs. Denninger was born Dec. 2, 1923, in Youngstown, Ohio, and moved to Vero Beach 30 years ago from Cape Code, Mass.
She served as a W.A.V.E. in the United States Navy during World War II. Survivors include her sons John L. Denninger of Houston, Texas, William C. Denninger, of Stamford, Conn., and Robert K. Denninger, of Dallas; daughter, Margaret Ann Denninger, of Vero Beach; brother, William E. Curran, of New Haven, Conn.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Lewis Denninger Sr.
At the request of the family there will be no services.
