Announcing IRSA Managing Director

April 21, 2025-On behalf of the Board of Directors, Lois Conrad, President, is pleased to announce that Staci Rosbury has been appointed as the first full-time Managing Director of the Indian River Symphonic Association. Staci has served as Administrator for the organization since July, 2018 and during this time she has impressed the Board with her remarkable organizational skills and personal standards of excellence. 

During her tenure with IRSA, Staci has repeatedly shown her commitment to furthering the goals and mission of IRSA. She has willingly assumed roles of increasing responsibility and her clear undertaking of the organization’s many complex aspects have distinguished her as an innovative and effective manager. She has the ability to work with many different interpersonal styles and skill sets and makes every effort to respond to various viewpoints   with tact and understanding. She is well-respected by the members of the Board and supporters and patrons alike. 

Staci’s  experience as an arts educator in Brevard County and her on-going position as  Conductor of the Melbourne Municipal Band, have given her a profound respect for musical artists and a genuine passion for the beautiful music that is at the heart of our association. With expanded duties as Managing Director, Staci will be well-positioned to contribute to the future development of the association, and we are most grateful for her continued commitment to IRSA.  Congratulations, Staci!
