INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A missing Sebastian man last seen dropping off his girlfriend at work earlier in the week was found safe on Thursday, sheriff’s deputies said. The area where deputies found 32-year-old Michael A. Trampus was not immediately available.

Indian River County sheriff’s deputies said Trampus was last seen about 10 a.m. Sunday when he took his partner to work in the vicinity. Later that day, Trampus never picked up his girlfriend from her place of employment. Deputies said Trampus texted the woman about 12:05 a.m. Monday.

“He messaged her later that he was not coming home,” said Lt. Kevin Jaworski, a spokesperson for the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office.

Trampus had traveled to an unknown location in a white pickup truck. Trampus’ girlfriend reported him missing earlier on Thursday.

The sheriff’s office posted an alert Thursday afternoon on Facebook asking for the public’s help to find Trampus. On Thursday evening, deputies posted an update saying that Trampus had been found safe and in good health.
