The Veterans Council presents Denim & Diamonds, A Country Chic Affair Under the Stars

(VERO BEACH, FL) The Veterans Council of Indian River County will present Denim & Diamonds, a country chic affair under the stars on April 9, 2022.  The outdoor country themed fundraiser will be held under the covered pavillion at the Indian River County Fairgrounds located at 7955 58th Avenue in Vero Beach.  Boots are recommended.

VIP tickets are $175 and include VIP parking, reserved seating, dinner, private open bar and air-conditioned restrooms.  General tickets are $150 and include general parking, open seating, dinner and open bar.  Tickets may be purchased online. 

Admission into the venue will begin at 4:30pm, the cocktail hour begins at 5pm with dinner services starting at 6:00pm. The event will include a silent auction, a live auction, a mechanical bull for the daring cowboy or cowgirl and an evening of dancing to great country music by Southbound 75 beginning at 7:30pm.

Southbound 75 is a Tampa-based musical group.  Their new record, Tales from The Black Swamp, (Bad Jeu Jeu/Copperline/The Orchard) was produced by Nashville hit-maker Bill McDermott, whose past projects include Brett Eldredge, Michael Ray, George Strait, Tim McGraw and Brad Paisley.  The band’s first single “Spilled Champagne” was featured on CMT’s “The Roundup” playlist on Spotify that includes the week’s biggest releases. It has already received airplay on 50 US Music Row/Indicator/Non-Reporter Stations.

Funds raised from the event will provide the necessary funding for the Veterans Council programs such as the Upward American Veterans Program (UAV) assisting veterans with emergency financial assistance; the Veterans Helping Veterans Program (VHV) providing basic home improvements for veterans who can’t afford them or are physically unable to complete the work; Transportation Services delivering our disabled veterans to and from their life-sustaining medical appointments; and many others.
