GYAC Open House

For the first time since 2019, the Gifford Youth Achievement Center (GYAC) will be hosting an open house on Tuesday, November 16 at 4:00 p.m. The Center’s open house will give guests a glimpse of GYAC’s mission in motion: to create, with God’s guidance, educational, cultural and social opportunities that enhance the lives of the youth and families we serve.

All are invited to witness GYAC’s students in action and explore the Center’s Cis and Bill Glavin Educational Center, which houses students in 4th – 12th grades during GYAC’s Afterschool Program. The new educational center was built to accommodate more than 50 students who were waitlisted year after year due to a lack of space. With an additional 14,000 square feet and eight new classrooms, GYAC currently serves more than 200 students year-round with a capacity to serve up to 325 students.
