Tennis Hall of Famer Ivan Lendl and his wife, Samantha, have listed their 8,400-square-foot country estate with Windsor Properties for $5.95 million.
The eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom (plus two half baths) British West Indies-style home, which was built in 2002, stretches across two Savannah Place home sites that total 1.1 acres. It comes with a resort-style swimming pool and overlooks a lake behind the green of the first hole on Windsor’s golf course.
Designed by Clemens Bruns Schaub and built by RCL Development, the house includes 8,461 square feet of air-conditioned living space with another 4,250 under roof.

According to the Multiple Listing Service, the 2019 property tax bill was $46,994, and the monthly maintenance fee is $582.
Lendl, a former No. 1-ranked player who won eight Grand Slam singles titles, also owns a home in Connecticut, but he said he spends 75 percent of the year here.
He said he has no plans to leave Vero Beach – where he has lived since 1996 – or even Windsor. He’s merely looking to downsize to a smaller house, now that his five daughters are grown and no longer live at home.
