Indian River County, FL —The boat ramp at Round Island Riverside Park will close on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 for approximately three to four weeks to allow for repairs to the dock and surrounding walkways.
These improvements are necessary to ensure the continued safety of residents and visitors. Repairing and replacing the dock facilities is essential for maintaining safe, reliable access to the Indian River Lagoon and upholding the County’s commitment to providing quality park amenities for all.
During this temporary closure, the remainder of Round Island Riverside Park – along with the entire Round Island Oceanside Park – will remain open to the public.
For alternative boat access to the Indian River Lagoon, residents and visitors may use the following ramps:
∙ Oslo Boat Ramp – 9th Street SE, Vero Beach
∙ Wabasso Causeway Boat Ramp – 3105 Wabasso Bridge Road, Vero Beach
