Navy SEAL Museum Announces First Annual Combat Team Competition

Fort Pierce, FL – January 6, 2026 – The National Navy SEAL Museum announces its First Annual Combat Team Competition at Gorilla Ammunition and North County Shooting Range on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Modeled after the International Special Operations Forces Competition, the event is designed to test participants’ skill, precision, leadership, and teamwork under pressure.

“This inaugural event gives attendees the opportunity to learn firsthand life and leadership skills that apply to daily life, regardless of background or vocation,” said Rick Kaiser, Executive Director of the Navy SEAL Museum Fort Pierce and retired Navy SEAL. “Whether you are a corporate team looking to build on leadership principles or an individual seeking survival and awareness tactics in an ever-evolving world, this event offers something for everyone.”

The Combat Team Competition’s highlights will include a Leadership Symposium led by world-class experts and guest speakers and a full-day tactical competition with 10 event stations based on the International SOF competition standards. Speaking topics range from adaptive leadership to situational awareness and survival skills. A strategic event more than physical, the Combat Team Competition encourages all levels of ability and interest.

Attendees have the opportunity to apply lessons of special guest speakers to complete the challenges presented by the Combat Team Competition. Proceeds from this charity event will support the mission of the Navy SEAL Museum.

“The First Annual Combat Team Competition marks the continuation of a strong partnership between the Navy SEAL Museum and Gorilla Ammunition,” said Lanse Padgett, CEO of Gorilla Ammunition. “We have proudly supported the Museum for many years, and our team is honored to bring this unique event to our local community. It promises to be unlike anything attendees have experienced before.”
