VERO BEACH, FL (October 14, 2025) – Education Champions in partnership with the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Vero Beach, will host a special screening of Banned Together: The Fight Against Censorship on Tuesday, October 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Vero Beach, 1590 27th Avenue, Vero Beach. Admission is free and open to the public.
Banned Together follows three students as they take a stand against book bans, fighting to reinstate 97 titles suddenly removed from their school libraries. The film highlights the broader national battle over book bans and curriculum censorship, revealing the personal struggles of educators, librarians, and students who refuse to be silenced.
