MusicWorks presents a Special Benefit Concert, Back Home Again, featuring singer/songwriter Tom Becker, former member of The New Christy Minstrels and backed by Conductor Aaron Collins and the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra (SCSO), in a heartfelt tribute to the iconic John Denver.
The Vero Beach audience will enjoy Tom bringing back the foot-stomping fun of “Thank God, I’m a Country Boy”, the tenderness of “Annie’s Song”, and the sweeping grandeur of “Eagle and the Hawk” in an uplifting and powerful tribute to one of America’s most beloved singer/songwriters. Back Home Again offers the perfect blend of well-known and lesser-known Denver songs that are sure to please both new and long-time fans.
Attendees are welcome to come early and enjoy a complimentary taste of champagne as a toast and wishing good luck to SCSO! There will be a Reception held following the concert in Emerson Center’s Fellowship Hall, which will include light refreshments and a Meet and Greet with Tom Becker, Conductor Aaron Collins and all the musicians.
