Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a proven program that teaches you how to quiet the mind, release stress, and live with greater awareness and ease. Through mindfulness practices like gentle movement, meditation, and self-reflection, you’ll learn practical tools to respond to life’s challenges with clarity and calm—rather than react with stress and tension.
This 8-week journey is designed to help you:

- Improve overall well-being and resilience
- Deepen your connection with yourself and the present moment
Optional Silent Retreat
Saturday, October 25 | 10 AM – 4 PM
A day of immersive mindfulness practices designed to strengthen and integrate everything you’ve learned.

- Cost: $225 for members | $250 for non-members
