Leadership Team to Focus on Member Education and Engagement

Vero Beach, FL — Impact 100 Indian River proudly announces its 2025–2026 Board of
Directors, a committed team of women who will lead the organization into a new season of
transformational giving and community impact. At the forefront is President Peg Regan, whose
strategic vision emphasizes educating and engaging members across every phase of the
Impact journey.

“This year is all about strengthening connection and clarity,” said Regan. “When our members
are informed, engaged, and empowered, they feel the full value of collective giving—and that’s
when real transformation happens.”

With both new and returning leadership, the 2025–2026 board brings a wealth of expertise and
passion for community-driven philanthropy. Their collaborative efforts will support Impact 100’s
mission: to unite women in collective giving and award high-impact grants to nonprofits
serving Indian River County.

Since its founding, Impact 100 Indian River has awarded more than $6 million in grants to local
organizations across five focus areas: arts and culture, education, environment, family, and health& wellness.

This year, members can look forward to expanded opportunities to learn about the grantmaking
process, connect with nonprofit partners, and build relationships with one another—ensuring that every member feels both informed and inspired.
