Join Vero Heritage and Wild Thyme Catering for a lively evening as the Heritage Center
transforms into an authentic Irish pub. The night features a traditional Irish dinner of corned beef and cabbage and shepherd’s pie, plus Irish-style drinks like Guinness and Jameson and full open bar.
The revelry begins at 5:30 PM with dinner served at 6:00 PM. Afterward, enjoy acoustic Irish
music led by Ann Dillon and friends. Bring your instrument and join the session—guests are
welcome to jam along in a true Irish pub spirit.
This event is part of the “Heritage Gone Wild” Summer Series, created to give locals something
fun to do off-season while supporting a cherished local business and non-profit. Seating is
