When Eugene and Veronica Kelly discovered Vero Beach’s Seaside community, a one-street subdivision just south of The Moorings, they were instantly drawn to the “phenomenal Florida lifestyle opportunity” of living on a quiet lane just “steps away from a stunning ocean beach.”
After purchasing the house at 2215 Seaside St. several years ago, the Kellys painstakingly updated it to fit their needs and design preferences – both inside and out.
