As a third-generation Vero Beach resident, she has built lasting relationships in the community since her family moved here in 1990 from Buffalo, NY.
Cheryl began her career in Commercial Real Estate, spending four years focused on data analysis and concentrating on development land while representing properties along the three counties of the Treasure Coast. She then transitioned to the luxury market on the Barrier Island, collaborating with some of the leading brokers in Vero Beach.
Cheryl‘s journey also took her to Vail, Colorado, where she worked as a Broker-Associate at Berkshire Hathaway in Vail Village, specializing in the luxury second home market. She has witnessed multiple market cycles, from boom to bust to recovery, giving her a unique perspective on resilience, the timing of purchases, and the prediction of future trends in the luxury market.
Cheryl is now a Broker-Associate with Douglas Elliman.
