Victoria Lynn (Granger) Levatino, 52, Vero Beach

December 26, 1971 – August 22, 2024

Victoria Lynn (Granger) Levatino 52 yrs old was born in Pontiac, Michigan to Caroline and Lawrence Granger on Dec. 26, 1971.

Vickie loved life and people, she was one of the best waitresses in Vero Beach Florida, from country clubs to Lobster Shanty to small restaurants, her customers loved her. She loved her thrift stores and a good buy. She loved the beach and getting sun. All she ever wanted was to be loved.

She was survived by her partner Keith, her love of 19 yrs, her mother and stepdad Caroline and Ance Brewer of Indiana, 2 daughters Teagyn Levatino and Daelyn Darnell (James) of Tennessee, 2 grandchildren the loves of her life Mason and Traci, sister Bobbie Jo Hammill of Tennessee, and Brother Mike Granger of Michigan. As well as many nieces and nephews that she loved very much.

She was preceded in death by her son Sammy Tecsi, brother David Granger, and father Lawrence Granger.

Melody Rooth, 68, Vero Beach

August 18, 1956 – August 25, 2024

Melody Rooth, age 68, passed away August 25, 2024 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Florida.

She was born in Jersey City, New Jersey and moved to Vero Beach from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Melody enjoyed her many years of work with U.S. Air in Newark, New Jersey.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 41 years, Joseph Rooth; daughter, Brittni Sanders; granddaughter, Gianna Sanders; brother, Russell (Grace) King; sister, Cheryl (Daniel) Kosmaczewski; brother-in-law, Daniel (Caryn) Rooth; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her mother, Dorothy Blessing King and son, Michael Rooth.

A Visitation will be held 8:00-9:30 a.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, 1655 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 30, 2024 at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2085 Tallahassee Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

A private committal service will be held at Crestlawn Cemetery.

Marie Jeffes, 89, Vero Beach

December 28, 1934 ~ August 27, 2024

Marie Jeffes, 89, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2024.  She was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and lived in Vero Beach for 34 years.

She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Vero Beach, loved to dance and was a frequent visitor at the Vero Senior Center.

She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Millard Jeffes.  Survivors include her son Steven Jeffes of Raleigh, NC and daughter Debbie Colavita of Sebastian, FL.

A Memorial Service will be held on December 23rd in the courtyard of Our Savior Lutheran Church at 11:00 am.  Her ashes will be placed in the church columbarium.

Billie (Bill) Jene Bryant, 75 

February 27, 1949 ~ August 30, 2024

Billie (Bill) Jene Bryant, 75 years of age, passed away peacefully on August 30th, 2024 in Vero Beach, Fl.

He was born in Chula Vista, California to William and Edna Bryant.

Billy came from Chula Vista, California and spent 15 plus years as a SAIC Computer Specialist. He was also involved in real estate.

Billy was of the Lutheran faith.

He attended Oregon State University and Concordia University.

Survivors include his beloved wife Carol Bryant, sons Brandon Bryant and Jimmy Morehead, grandchildren Laura Bryant, Finley Bryant, and Anthony Morehead.

Billy was predeceased by his parents.

A funeral service will be held at a later date.

Jeffrey Michael Collier, 63

Jeffrey Michael Collier, age 63, passed away September 4, 2024 in Palm Bay, Florida.

He was born January 27, 1961, in Fort Pierce, Florida to the late Lester and Elaine Collier.

Survivors include sister, Alesia (Joseph) Williams; brother, Brian (Tyna) Collier; nieces and nephews, Allison Herndon, Joseph (Jodi) Williams, Tara (Chris) Henderson, Megan (John) King, Kevin Davis, Christopher Davis, Holly (Joshua) Wood, David Collier, Christina Collier; along with many great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family.

Jeffrey was predeceased by his brother, David Collier and sister, Sandy (Rodney) Davis.

A gathering of friends and family will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, 1655 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
