MASTER’S ACADEMY OF VERO BEACH ANNOUNCES FREE TO THE PUBLIC SEMINAR SERIES CALLED C3

Vero Beach, September 16th, 2024: Master’s Academy is pleased to announce a free to the public seminar series called C3 – Christ, Church, and Culture – “Addressing cultural issues through the lens of a Christian worldview.”

Our first event of the series will be October 7th at 6:30PM. The event will be held at Pathway Church on 1105 58th Ave, Vero Beach, Florda, 32066 at 6:30 PM and doors will open at 5:30PM.

The speaker for our first event is  Shannon Kendrick. Shannon Kendrick is a development and international affairs professional for International Cooperating Ministries, a Christian nonprofit with the mission to build healthy churches within walking distance. She served on the communications team for Alliance for Defending Freedom for several years. Ms. Kendrick is a public speaker, specialist in government and community relations, and has an amazing testimony of God’s faithfulness and provision.

Dr. Mike Blackaby, grandson to Henry Blackaby, currently serves as a church planter in Victoria, BC, Canada.  He holds a PhD in Apologetics from Southern Seminary and has co-authored two books for young adults:  When Worlds Collide: Stepping Up and Standing Out in an Anti-God Culture and Seven Steps to Knowing, Doing and Experiencing the Will of God.  Blackaby is an engaging speaker on apologetics, experiencing God, and reaching the next generation for Christ.

February 3, 2025 @ 6:30 PM

Curtis Zackery pastors Church of the City in Franklin, TN and offers a perspective on the Gospel that is raw, accessible, and relevant.  Author of Soul Rest, Zackery is known for his deep empathy and contagious passion for the Gospel.  As a graduate of Liberty University, he went on to direct Kids Across America before taking the pastoral role at Church of the City.  Zachery dynamically speaks on rest, the Kingdom, and the beauty of the Gospel.

Valerie Londono serves as senior counsel and deputy director of the Church and Ministry Alliance with Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF).  In this role, she oversees attorneys and participates in the leadership and overall direction of the CMA program which provides operational legal advice to ministries.  Prior to joining ADF, Londono was general counsel for a Florida public school district and served on the legal counsel team for Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ).  Londono teaches nonprofit law as an adjunct professor for her alma mater, Regent University School of Law.
