Junior League of Indian River Accepting New Members for Fall 2024

VERO BEACH, FL (Aug. 29, 2024) – The Junior League of Indian River (JLIR) is hosting its annual kick off party for those intrigued by the opportunity to join the non-profit organization and uncover what propels this powerful partnership of women leaders. The kick off party will take place from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on September 4th at Sailfish Brewery (2855 Ocean Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32963). Enjoy some refreshments and learn how current members develop civic leadership skills and put their unique talents to work in our community!

“The Junior League’s mission is about developing the leadership potential of women through our community outreach,” said Kelechi Nwosu, JLIR President. “Women who are interested in learning how to be future leaders while creating a lasting impact on our community are encouraged to come to our kick off party to learn more about the League.” 

Every fall and spring, JLIR welcomes new members to the organization. During this provisional period, new members develop community impact projects and fundraisers.
