If your child is one of those funny-on-the-spot, witty kids, then you might want to consider signing them up for “Improvisation for Young Actors” taught by Michael Naffziger. Improvisation allows students to discover new skills and techniques to on-the-spot dramatic “storytelling.” It also is good acting training as the young actor needs to listen and respond to fellow cast members. Improvisation for Young Actors is designed for students from 8 to 18 years of age. It runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, at the Vero Beach Theatre Guild (address above). Tuition is $20. For more information, call 772-562-8300 or visit VeroBeachTheatreGuild.com.
