While there’s no theater happening at Riverside Theatre this weekend, there still is plenty to keep you entertained. The Comedy Zone presents headliner Jake Klark and feature act Michael Murillo. Klark is known for harvesting humor from his stories of growing up and getting married. Murillo takes on topical humor by skewering religion, relationships and more. The shows start at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Friday, July 26, and Saturday, July 27. Tickets are $25. There is free parking and no drink minimum. The shows frequently contain coarse language and adult content and are therefore recommended for ages 18 years and older. The shows run approximately 80 minutes. And, of course, remember to arrive early (or stay late) and enjoy the Live in the Loop outdoor concerts. Admittance to the concerts is free. Bring a chair or rent a cabana. The schedule for Live in the Loop this week is: Thursday, July 25, Beachside Jazz performing hits from the ’40s, ’50s, ’60s, ’70s and more; Friday, July 26, Chemistry, a synth-pop-rock tribute band playing Decade of Decadence music from the ’80s like Duran Duran, Pat Benatar, Blondie and more; Saturday, July 27, The Real Deal plays music from the Doors, the Zombies, Creedence, Van Morrison, Santana, Steely Dan, Todd Rundgren, the Rascals, Queen, the Hollies, the Kinks, Badfinger, the Allman Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and of course the Beatles.
