Car enthusiasts flocked to McKee Botanical Garden for its 15th annual Motor Car Exhibition, this year themed Rods & Customs. Against lush greenery and vibrant blooms, the event showcased 40 dazzling hot rods and custom vehicles.
The exhibition provided a fascinating glimpse into automotive restoration and customization, highlighting the unique vision and meticulous attention to detail that goes into rebuilding these iconic machines. The metal machines shared the spotlight with 10 larger-than-life bamboo and mixed media sculptures from the exhibit A Tropical Flock of Avian Avatars, which will be displayed through April 28. Up next are Pirate and Fairy Celebrations each Saturday in May and the 19th annual Waterlily Celebration on June 15.
