McDonald’s Middle School Showcase, a unique basketball event spotlighting the top middle school talents of Indian River County

Crossover Mission is thrilled to announce the McDonald’s Middle School Showcase, a unique basketball event spotlighting the top middle school talents of Indian River County.

Crossover Mission is proud to present the McDonald’s Middle School Showcase, an event that celebrates the skills and sportsmanship of 40 talented young athletes, featuring the top 20 boys and 20 girls from 8 middle schools across Indian River County. This annual event aims to serve as a feeder system to highlight top basketball players in Indian River County as they advance into high school.

This year’s showcase is unique, fostering a family-friendly community atmosphere with an open house event in Crossover’s 40,000 sq. ft. Center for Excellence, emphasizing the spirit of collaboration and support. Several local nonprofits, including Moonshot Moment, SafeSpace, Helping Hands, Treasure Coast Community Health, 211, Easterseals, and others, will be on-site promoting the valuable resources and services they provide for children and families in our community, A bounce house, games, giveaways, and other fun activities will be available for children to participate in.

Crossover Mission is deeply grateful to its presenting sponsor, McDonald’s, and local franchise owner and Crossover Mission Board member, Jeremy Odom, for his dedicated support. Jeremy Odom remarked, “It’s an honor to be part of an event that not only spotlights the athletic talents of our young people but also unites the community for a greater cause.”
