This free admission, family fun-fest will feature a dog costume contest and performances by the world famous Disconnected K-9 Frisbee dogs, the equally impressive Ultimate Diving Dogs, Indian River County’s very own amazing K-9 officers and their partners, and Puppy Pals Comedic Stunt Dog Show. Dogs will also have the opportunity to run the always- popular lure course. For all the non-dogs, there will be food vendors, beer, merchandise booths and a kid’s zone. New this year: the Bubble Bus (with bacon flavored bubbles), 40-yard pup dash, and best dog trick.
“This is one of the happiest—and drooliest—days of the year, and should not be missed by any dog lovers! We love seeing our community celebrate the amazing bonds that we have with the pups in our lives,” states Bark in the Park event planner, Steve Smith.
Thousands of pet lovers attend Bark in the Park each year, with last year being our largest with more than 12,000 in attendance! Everyone is welcome to bring well-behaved dogs on a (non-retractable) leash. All proceeds raised at Bark in the Park benefit the homeless, lost, and at-risk animals in our community.
