We wanted to let you know that we have a few bottles left of 21 Salute, The Limited Edition Bourbon Whiskey in honor of “The Greatest Generation” and we’re sure you will agree that they would make a GREAT Christmas present for that someone special in your life! As you may recall, there were just 250 bottles in this batch and once they are gone, there will never be another batch like it. It was a special blend chosen specifically to honor The Greatest Generation with 100% of the proceeds going towards the World War II Tribute that will be built on Veterans Memorial Island Sanctuary here in Vero Beach.
You may not know that the Tribute will be a permanent rostrum and will be located at the south end of the circle walkway shown here where all past ceremonies have been held. The taller columns in the back will each have a World War II medal; the Defense of America Medal, the American Theatre Medal, the Pacific Theatre Medal and the European Campaign Medal. The ribbons will be made up of handmade tiles by two local artisans and are a beautiful replication of the ribbons. The smaller columns in front will feature war symbols. The first logo on the left will represent the Vero Beach Naval Air Station, the second and third symbol will show the front and back of the World War II Victory Medal, and the fourth logo will feature the honorable service pin. There will be a beautiful memorial garden located at the backside of it.
