WE NEED YOUR HELP
I’ve joined forces with the Indian River County School District to gift blessing baskets to families in need. Thanksgiving is a time for family, food and gratitude. Many local families will struggle this Thanksgiving to enjoy the holiday.
WILL YOU FILL A BLESSING BASKET OR 2?
Maybe with your families, friends, neighbors, or your church you could unite to fulfill the list provided below. Please have all donations in by Nov. 15.
THANKSGIVING 2023 SHOPPING LIST
- Laundry basket to hold goodies (no bags, please)
- $20 Turkey Gift Card-Publix or Winn Dixie
- Cans of corn, green beans, cranberry sauce, and canned fruit
- Boxes of stuffing and instant mashed potatoes-shelf stable milk (Parmalat or Market Pantry Brand).
- Can or packet of gravy and can of cream of mushroom soup
- Box of corn muffin or biscuit mix
- Non-perishable dessert of your choosing
- Extras if you are inclined-additional food, toiletries, paper products (plates, napkins, paper towels), laundry cleaning products, card games
