Come join us for the Crown Jewel Band Festival! The 42nd Annual Crown Jewel Marching Band Festival is Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Vero Beach High School’s stadium (Citrus Bowl). Founded in 1981 by James Sammons and Gordon Popple, the Crown Jewel Festival is one of the oldest continuous marching festivals in Florida.
Crown Jewel Festival has approximately 10 bands competing in 3 separate classifications, not including the 3 middle schools doing the national anthem. Judges with backgrounds including BOA, DCI, WGI, FBA, FMBC, FFCC training, and adjudicating. Watch as bands perform in a smooth running contest with enthusiastic spectators in attendance at our renovated Citrus Bowl.
The Crown Jewel Festival will take place on October 14th here at Vero Beach High School’s stadium (Citrus Bowl) – 1707 16th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960. Gates open at 3:15 pm. Tickets can be purchased
online or at the gate.
General Admission: $15 Adults, $6 Youth (6-18), and 5 & under are FREE.
