INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A man touching his genitals and wearing only a gold-colored bra as he approached a DoorDash driver, was jailed over the weekend, deputies said. The man, identified as Kevin Martin Brew, admitted to deputies that he exposed himself to the driver in what he described as a mistake, reports show.

Brew, 69, of the 500 block of Plymouth Street, Vero Beach, was charged with exposure of sexual organs after an investigation that began last month. Brew was released Saturday from the Indian River County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
The incident happened the evening of Sept. 22. The driver, a woman, told deputies she was dropping off an order made on DoorDash – an online food delivery company – to Brew’s residence, reports show.
The woman’s husband was in the passenger seat. The two arrived at Brew’s home and saw Brew walk out of the residence.
The woman said Brew, only wearing the bra, grabbed his genitals as he walked closer to the vehicle, reports show. The woman took a photo of Brew as he stood at the end of his driveway and then she drove off.
Deputies said the woman emailed the photo to law enforcement. Deputies went to Brew’s property and saw him sitting nude inside of the residence in view from the street, reports show.
Brew put clothes on before speaking with deputies in his car port. Brew told deputies he had been drinking earlier and then ordered food from DoorDash.
Brew was arrested and booked into the county jail. Brew has an arraignment at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 7, court records show.
