Gloria Jeanne Johnson Schulke, 80
April 30, 1943 – August 25, 2023
Gloria Jeanne Johnson Schulke passed away on August 25, 2023 at the age of 80 in Vero Beach, Florida. She was the beloved wife of William Joseph Schulke for 59 years.
Gloria was born in Camden, New Jersey on April 30, 1943. She was the daughter of Joseph and Mary Johnson. Gloria will be remembered for her endless energy and her kind, generous personality. She served in many organizations including the Brigantine Lions Auxiliary, the Shipmates VBPS Auxiliary, the Citizens Scholarship Foundation, and the United States Power Squadrons with memberships in both the Vero Beach and Sebastian Sail and Power Squadrons. Gloria and her husband Bill were small business owner/operators, most recently of Sebastian Quality Storage in Sebastian, FL. She was passionate about her puppies and her family. She was the matriarch of the family, a devoted wife and mother, strong-willed and compassionate in everything she did.
Gloria is survived by her husband, Bill; son and three daughters: Joseph William Schulke (Nadia), Elise Lenore Dailey (Michael), Kelly Schulke Richardson, and Marlenna Nicole Adams (Mark). She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Alex and Olivia; John, Paul, Anthony, Elijah, and Isabella; John and Kaitlyn; and William, Christopher, and Elizabeth, along with her sister Marlene Herbig (Michael), and seven great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends with whom she held dear to her heart. Gloria was preceded in death by her sister Constance Spangler.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 1st, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 Fleming St, Sebastian FL 32958 followed by a service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at the Sebastian Municipal Cemetery at 1921 N. Central Avenue, Sebastian, FL.

Cathy A. Petrella, 62, Sebastian
December 2, 1960 – August 21, 2023
Cathy A. Petrella, 62, of Sebastian, Florida, formerly of Cliffside Park, NJ passed away on Monday August 21, 2023.
Cathy was a dedicated employee of the United States Postal Service and retired after serving for over thirty years. Cathy was an animal lover and especially cared for her four legged children including Rusty, Jade, Tobby, and Manny. Cathy was a wonderful and loyal friend to all who knew her.
She is pre-deceased by her parents, Paul Petrella Jr. and Dorothy Petrella (nee Barnaba) and her brother Paul Petrella III. She is survived by her sister Doreen Petrella and nephew Anthony Petrella.
