Adapted from Stephen King’s bestselling novel, Carrie: The Musical takes us on a contemporary musical telling of the story of Carrie White, an ostracized teenage girl who aches to fit in. She is bullied at school by the popular clique and remains essentially invisible to everyone else. Her home life is dominated by her brutally controlling and fanatically religious mother which leaves her feeling lonely in every environment she exists in. What none of her peers know is that Carrie has just discovered she has telekinetic powers and if pushed too far, she won’t be afraid to use them. Pushed to the brink, Carrie’s powers threaten to overwhelm her, and devour everyone around her in flame.
