Aaron will put the spurs to his orchestra for a multi-media experience on Saturday afternoon, August 5 at 3:00 PM, at the AMC Avenue 16, located at the Avenue Viera, 2241 Town Center Avenue in Viera, 32940 and Sunday afternoon, August 6 at 3:00 PM, at the AMC Indian River 24 located at 6200 20th St #600, Vero Beach, FL 32966.

The exciting program will celebrate the genre with music from The Magnificent Seven, Silverado, High Noon, The Big Country, The Good Bad and the Ugly, How the West Was Won, Indiana Jones, Dances with Wolves, and more, while film clips play on the big screen. The Wild West will also feature the World Premiere of Mark Piszczek’s American Frontier Suite, a symphonic set of folk songs from the Old West and American frontier, including “Bury Me Not on The Lone Prairie,” “Tumbling Tumbleweeds,” “Yellow Rose of Texas,” “Red River Valley” and others.

$30 tickets for The Wild West include theater admission and are available through the orchestra website at www.SpaceCoastSymphony.org or at Marine Bank & Trust in Suntree or Vero Beach. Tickets at the door are $35. Concertgoers aged 18 and under or with a college ID are admitted free.

Passholders will get first pick of seats on arrival. We ask our passholders to arrive 40 mins in advance for entry.

Space Coast Symphony Orchestra Conductor and Artistic Director, Aaron T. Collins is confident the audience will enjoy experiencing The Wild West in the movie theater.

“These are some of the most amazing soundtracks in cinematic history,” said Collins. “Add a bucket of popcorn, cowboys, stage coaches and larger than life scenery– and you’ve got the perfect summer afternoon.”

The Space Coast Symphony Orchestra is one of only a handful of U.S. orchestras to perform year-round. Concertgoers aged 18 and under or with a college ID are admitted free to every SCSO concert.
