(Vero Beach, Florida) – The Humane Society of Vero Beach & Indian River County (HSVB) is excited to announce their annual fundraiser, Cause for Paws, at Oak Harbor Club, in Vero Beach on March 8, 2023.
Cause for Paws is HSVB’s largest annual fundraising event. This fabulous evening featuring cocktails, gourmet cuisine, silent and live auctions, and heartfelt stories as we celebrate the thousands of people and pet’s lives saved and changed thanks to our pet-loving supporters and community.
“Every year, we look forward to this event. Last year we raised more than $400,000 for homeless, at risk and injured animals in our community. We are hoping this year’s event will be the best one yet,” exclaims Kate Meghji, Chief Executive Officer.
Hundreds of pet lovers attend Cause for Paws every year and tickets are already sold out. All monies raised from the event allows HSVB to be there for all animals in need and help keep pets in their homes and families together.
HSVB will also have dogs and kittens available for adoption at the event. For a list of animals currently available for adoption visit https://www.hsvb.org/adopt.html
