INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A Vero Beach man and a Pensacola woman were jailed last week after deputies found fentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine in a vehicle they were riding in throughout the county.

Quintravius Lavonte Glispy, 25, of the 2400 block of 16th Avenue, was charged with trafficking a controlled substance, possession or sale of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jacqueline Annese Crews, 31, was arrested on the same charges.

Glispy and Crews were held Friday at the Indian River County Jail. Their bond information was not immediately available.

Indian River County sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop about 11:40 p.m. Feb. 3 after a vehicle failed to stop at the U.S. 1 and Highland Drive intersection. Deputies saw several people in the vehicle and smelled the odor of burnt marijuana, sheriff’s officials said.

Deputies searched the individuals and interviewed them. Deputies also looked inside the vehicle and found more than 8 grams of fentanyl, more than 7 grams of crack cocaine and more than 2 grams of methamphetamine, sheriff’s officials said.

Deputies arrested Glispy and Crews and booked them into the county jail. Glispy and Crews have arraignments at 8:45 a.m. March 23, court records show.
