Concert Series Premier: French & Fabulous
A Concert of Piano Duets and Opera Arias
[Vero Beach, FL, September 12, 2022] — The Community Church of Vero Beach concert series opens with “French & Fabulous” on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in Grace Chapel.
Music has the power to take us to new places and explore different eras of time. “French & Fabulous” features Andrew R. Galuska, Director of Music and Fine Arts; Jill A. Truax, Associate Director of Music; and Rachel Carter Murphy, Soprano in Residence in an afternoon of piano duets and opera arias by French composers. Our program includes piano works by Erik Satie, female composer Cecile Chaminade, and Florenz Schmit, and will present well-known opera favorites by Charles Gounod, George Massenet, and some surprises along the way! Tickets are $10 in advance or at the door.
