Police seek help in ID’ing Ulta Beauty grand theft suspects

VERO BEACH — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man and woman who they said stole more than $1,500 worth of items from an Ulta Beauty cosmetics store last weekend.

Vero Beach police on Thursday released surveillance photos that captured the man and woman inside the business. The cosmetics store is located at 423 21st Street, just west of Indian River Boulevard.

Details on what merchandise was stolen were not immediately available.

Police described the man as black, possibly in his 30’s and between 5-feet 10-inches and 6-feet 2-inches tall. Officers said the man had a shaved head and was wearing a black T-shirt with denim shorts and black sneakers.

Police described the woman as black, possibly in her 30’s and between 5-feet 5-inches and 5-feet 7-inches tall. Officers said the woman was wearing a white dress and short red hair styled in a bob.

The suspects were seen leaving the store in a newer model black Honda sedan, police said. Those with information on the identity or location of the pair should contact police Det. Jennifer Brumley at 772-978-4667 or jbrumley@vbpd.org.
