Kenneth Edward Bryant, 73, Vero Beach
December 20, 1948 – July 25, 2022
On Monday, July 25th, 2022, Kenneth Edward Bryant passed away peacefully in his Vero Beach, Florida, home at the age of 73.
He was born on December 20th, 1948 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Kenneth Milton Bryant and Mary Helen Brosius Bryant. He grew up in Lakeland, Florida, where he graduated from Lakeland High School in 1966, and went on to attend Junior College in St. Petersburg, Florida. He then joined the US Air Force, serving during the Viet Nam War, and received an Honorable Discharge with the rank of Sergeant in 1975.
Following his military service, he continued his education at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and earned his Bachelors Degree in Political Science. Following his graduation from USF, he made his home in Vero Beach, Florida, where he worked various jobs over the years, including Assistant Golf Pro at Riomar Yacht Club, Bartender at the Menu Restaurant and Food Manager at Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Club. He owned and operated KB’s Café for a short time.
He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth, and his mother, Mary Brosius Grant, and is survived by half-sisters, Kathy Bryant Duncombe (Billy) and Sheryl Bryant Glenn (Darrell), both of Vero Beach, Florida; numerous nieces and nephews; his girlfriend of 12 years, Nancy Caulfield, of Vero Beach, Florida; and long time friend, Eddie Morris, of Virginia.
He will be laid to rest at Bethel Baptist Cemetery in Lakeland, Florida, in November 2022.

Kishan Patel, 24
June 03, 1998 – August 17, 2022
Our beloved Kishan lost his life in a terrible car accident on August 17, 2022. He was 24 and was taken in the prime of his life.
He was born in Fort Walton Beach, FL and was a graduate of Vero Beach High School. He is survived by his mother, father, sister and grandparents.
The funeral will be held at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home in Vero Beach, FL on August 22 at 12:30 pm.

Elenore Neese, 96, Melbourne
May 02, 1926 – August 16, 2022
It is with profound sadness that we announce the August 16, 2022, death in Vero Beach, Florida of our wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Elenore Neese, at the age of 96.
Elenore was born the fourth of eight children in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany in 1926 shortly before the start of WWII. At 19, she walked to southern Germany to enter the American sector after the war to find work. She was lucky enough to find a position there as a cashier at the American Commissary in Garmisch. Several years later, she met her husband of 70 years, Marlin Neese, a first lieutenant in the US Army. Marlin fell in love with Elenore and they would dance the night away at the Post Hotel in Garmisch. They married in 1953 at the US Army chapel in Garmisch and Elenore returned with Marlin to his next assignment at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. During their military career, Elenore would follow Marlin to many exotic ports of call including Hokkaido, Japan and Taipei, Taiwan. While in Taiwan, Elenore worked for the Department of State managing the US Embassy shops located across the island. She was a favorite of the US Embassy crowd and attended events with President Chiang Kai-Shek and his Madame Mei-ling. In 1976, Elenore and Marlin left Taiwan and settled in Melbourne, Fl. There, Elenore co-founded, with her daughter Delores Genow (predeceased), the Attic Corner Antique Shop. They imported and sold antiques from England, France, and the Netherlands and grew the Attic Corner into one of the largest Antique Shops in central Florida. Elenore also volunteered her time at the Tambourine Shop of Vero Beach for almost 10 years. Elenore loved playing hand and foot and eating chocolate with almonds and pickled herring, but above all, she loved her family. We will love and miss her forever.
Elenore is survived by her beloved husband, Marlin Neese, her daughter Dianna and son-in-law John of Vero Beach, her son, Michael Neese of Houston, Texas, her grandchildren, Christina Reed, John Chianis, Patrick, Rebecca, and Laura Neese, and her great grandchildren William and Matthew Reed and Amelia Chianis.

Kelly Beth Klotzer, 46
March 25, 1976 – August 19, 2022
Klotzer, Kelly Beth ….. Extraordinary teacher, sister, animal lover and friend gained her heavenly wings on August 19, 2022.
Born on a chilly spring day, on March 25, 1976, in Willimantic, Connecticut to the late Marlene and Robert Klotzer; becoming known as baby sister Kelly.
Kelly moved to Florida when she was just two years old, beginning her love affair with sunshine and warmth. Kelly started her teaching career at Citrus Elementary School in 2000, teaching Kindergarten through 3rd grade, becoming the BEST reading teacher in the area, possibly the entire world. Ms. K., as she was affectionately known, was dedicated to her classroom, worked well beyond the normal hours of a teacher, steadfastly making her a valuable asset to children and adults alike. The love she had for the children of her classroom cannot be measured; often taking photos for the parents and painting rocks for each student. She mentored her children throughout their school journey, keeping in close contact.
Kelly was a selfless person who was very kind and giving; always willing to help with a smile on her face and never expecting anything in return. Kelly spent her life being an avid animal lover and donating to causes in their support.
She was survived by the greatest loves of her life, her dog EZ, also known affectionately as Cujo, and her three cats Pearl, Cadie Opal and Tuxie.
Kelly spent her summers traveling to places near and far including Greece, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Oklahoma, Texas, Indiana, Georgia, Connecticut, New York, Mexico and many more. Kelly was an avid reader; her love of books began as soon as she could read, often times opting to stay inside and finish a book within hours.
There are so many words that could be used to describe Kelly including, brave, unique, sentimental, caring, beautiful, humble, generous, God loving, imaginative, courageous, animal lover, bookworm, adventurous, recycler, and thoughtful.
Kelly had a lifetime of best friends that were her, “Tried and true, thru thick and thin…I’m here for you, Posse!” that included Dani, Mary Ellen, Allie, Becky, Andy, Diane, Deb, Nancy, Amy, Jane, Paula, Diana, Melissa, Kristen, Teri, Mrs. Berdyne and too many more to mention. Many close to her referred to her as their moral compass. Kelly had many nieces and nephews including Bobby, Kyle, Evan, Jacob, Nicholas, Thomas, Chip, Alexander, Dillon, Caleb, Emaleigh, and the late Andrew and Gary. Kelly shared a loving and special bond with her niece Lindsay, where they spent summers going where the wind blew them.
Kelly was the baby of eleven siblings including, sisters Sharon, Lori, Allison, Kristen and Lynda. Also including, brothers Robert, Stuart, Gary, Alan and the late James. Famous in-laws including Carolyn, Ron, Tom, Daniel, Clayton, Lori, Tammy, Adam, Mary, Alexis, and Sandra. Great nieces and nephews include: Trinity, Annabelle, Hendrix, and Katlyn. Kelly is flying high alongside her beloved parents, Robert and Marlene, her nephew Andrew, her nephew Gary, her brother James and her beloved cat, Smokey.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 6pm to 8pm at Strunk’s Funeral Home located at 916 17th Street, Vero Beach, FL. If you are unable to attend, there will be a live feed thru Strunk’s website.
Kelly enjoyed bright springtime flowers with sunflowers as her favorites; as part of the celebration, we are requesting that you wear “Happy and Colorful” clothing in honor of Kelly.
Kelly was an avid rock painter and rock hunter, therefore, we invite everyone to take one of Kelly’s rocks from the memory table to keep or hide.
In Kelly’s giving nature and love of donating to animals, we are requesting donations to Halo No Kill Shelter, 710 Jackson Street, Sebastian, FL 32958, in lieu of flowers. Donations may be made directly to Halo or through Halo’s Facebook.

Andrew R. Widholm, Sr., 90, Vero Beach
June 7, 1932 – August 20, 2022
Andrew R. Widholm, Sr. of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully to eternal life on Saturday, August 20, 2022. He was 90.
Andy was born in Jersey City, NJ on June 7, 1932 to Simon Andrew and Pauline Widholm and was raised in Bergenfield, NJ. Andy graduated from Bergenfield High School in 1950. After serving in the United States Naval Corp from 1951 to 1954 he worked for the NY telephone Company as an Engineer. Upon retiring, Andy started his own successful wiring company called Banter Communications.
Andy was married and predeceased by his first wife of 21 years, Bernadette Widholm (nee Wynne). Together they raised their family in Norwood, NJ. Andy loved to spent time with his children and coached football and little league.
Andy married a second time to Pat Conca (nee Powers) in August of 1991. Together they settled in to the beautiful community of Grove Isle in Vero Beach. Andy was involved with all aspects of community life but was most proud of his work on “the trail”. His retirement years were spent enjoying friends, playing tennis and traveling.
In addition to his wife, Andy is survived by his three children, Bernadette Kowalchuk (Douglas) of Blauvelt, NY, Terri McKeever (James) of Northvale, NJ and Andrew Widholm, Jr. (Patti) of Hillsdale, NJ and three step children Daniel Conca (Christine) of Poughkeepsie, NY, David Conca (Stephanie) of Queens, NY and Denise Conca of San Francisco. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren: Jessica, Christopher, Matthew, Kevin, Brian, Danielle, Austin, James and Gabriella.
A visitation will be held from 3:00 until 5:00 PM, Tuesday, August 23rd at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach, Florida. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at his parish, Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Andy was a faith filled man and his life was a living testimony to his trust in God. HE will be deeply missed.
