John Mosse Brown Hastey, 90, Vero Beach
June 04, 1932 – July 06, 2022
John Mosse Brown Hastey of Vero Beach Fl., age 90, went to his eternal fishing spot on July 6, 2022. John was born June 4, 1932 in the Bronx, NY.
The youngest son of Paul and Beatrice Hastey, John lived in varied places, from NYC to Texas, before returning to Greenwich Village, NY for junior and senior high school. He served his country during the Korean Conflict in Military Intelligence. He then attended Utah State University where he met the love of his life, MariLyn. He earned both his Bachelors and Masters degrees and returned to New York, where he worked as a Research Scientist and contributed to several papers on sleep disorders. John and Lyn lived in the Village, Flushing, Queens and then settled in Staten Island for over 35 years., John joined New York City’s Human Resource Unit and remained there until he and Lyn retired to Vero Beach, Fl.
John and Lyn have three daughters. John was once asked if he was sorry that he only had daughters. He responded that he was hoping for puppies but they came close enough. Besides Lyn, John’s great love and affection were for his three daughters, dogs, fishing along with his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
John is survived by his wife (Mari)Lyn, and their daughters Robin Hastey, Tammy Verderosa and Monica Hastey McMahon; Son-in-laws, Andrew Grodence and Scott McMahon; Grandchildren, Christopher VanDusky, Evan Balcombe, Erica VanDusky, Guy Verderosa, Stephen VanDusky, Camae Verderosa, James McMahon, Daniel Grodence-Hastey, Airyelle McMahon, Justin Grodence-Hastey and Brigid Grodence-Hastey; And spouses Jaci Balcombe, Krystal McMahon, Ceceila Verderosa, and Jen VanDusky, with a special note of extreme gratitude and love to Michael McDonald.
John’s great-grandchildren include Angel VanDusky, Hailey Cutright, Rylee VanDusky, Calli Balcombe, Brady Balcombe, Van Verderosa, Jeffrey Lawson, Braydon VanDusky, Ella McMahon, Adalyn Balcombe, Owen McMahon, Maverick McDonald, Donnie Suarez and Jackson VanDusky.
John was predeceased by his parents, Beatrice and Paul, sister Audrey, and his brothers Graham and Paul.
A gathering of family and friends to share remembrances will be held on Sunday, July 10th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory; 1655 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL. 32960.

Charlotte Cole Topliff, 93, Vero Beach
May 31, 1929 – July 02, 2022
Charlotte Cole Topliff, age 93, of Vero Beach, passed away from her earthly life Saturday, July 2nd, 2022, into her Heavenly life.
She celebrated her 93rd birthday on May 31st. Charlotte was born in Willimantic, Connecticut to parents, E. Bradford, and Bertha E. Hathaway Cole.
She married the love of her life, Philip H. Topliff and for 71 years they were married prior to his passing in 2021. Together they raised six of their own children and opened their home to countless foster children.
In addition to being a very busy mom, she was the owner of Charlotte’s Salon, Lebanon, CT, spending six years as a hairdresser. Upon moving to Vero Beach in 1979, Charlotte clerked for the Indian River County Health Dept. for five years prior to five years as a health aide for IRC’s Wabasso School. She would also respond when called upon by the school to substitute or volunteer for the next nine years.
A woman with a firm faith in God, Charlotte also found time to volunteer for The Community Church of Vero Beach.
She is survived by three sons, Mark C. Topliff of New London, CT, Steve H. Topliff of Lisbon, CT, and Harrison F. Topliff of Vero Beach; daughter, Ellen Giordano of Vero Beach; foster daughter, Debra Bartholomew of Rhode Island; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Topliff was predeceased by her son, Richard P. Topliff in 1981 and her sister, Florence Jones.
A Graveside Service will be held 11 a.m., August 20th, 2022, at New Lebanon Cemetery.
When asked of thoughts for contributions, Mrs. Topliff simply stated, “do something nice for your neighbor.”

Dianne H. Ward, 86, Vero Beach
February 29, 1936 – July 03, 2022
Dianne H. Ward, 86, passed away peacefully at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Florida. Dianne was born in Takoma Park, Maryland on February 29th, 1936 to the late Jesse and Dorothy Hall.
Dianne graduated with her bachelorette degree from the American University.
She enjoyed being a teacher and devoted her career to education. Dianne lived in Wolf Laurel Mars Hill, North Carolina prior to moving to Vero Beach, Florida.
Dianne was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Vero Beach and sang in the choir.
Survivors include her daughters Tara Roberts and Shannon Knight (Perry). Her grandchildren Candice Ray (Jeremy), Ward Roberts, Tanner Knight (Samantha), Delaney Knight (Michael), Madigan Ohler (Mark) and two great-grandchildren Cora and William Ray.
Dianne was predeceased by her loving husband William M. Ward.

Mary Bray Love Johnson West, 104, Vero Beach

Mary Bray Love Johnson West passed away, at age 104, on June 7, 2022, in Vero Beach FL.
She was born January 3, 1918, on a farm in Calloway County, Kentucky, to Bonnie Bray (father) and Emma Outland (mother).
Mary had three brothers, Cody Bray, twins Euel Bray and Buel Bray, and two sisters, Betty Louise Bray and Gaynell Bray. Her father died when she was young, and Mary helped raise her brothers and sisters. Her sister Betty Louise moved to Detroit to earn money for the family back in Kentucky and left her young daughter Oylinda Sue in Mary’s care. A few years later Mary and Oylinda Sue followed Betty Louise to Detroit, where Mary found work as a seamstress. Eventually she became a very accomplished beautician and operated her own shop in Birmingham, MI, near Detroit.
Mary was married three times, first to Hubert Love in Detroit, Michigan, then after he passed away to Raymond Johnson in Fort Lauderdale FL, then after he passed away to Reginald West, also in Fort Lauderdale.
She is survived by Hubert Love’s son from his first marriage, Hu Love, his wife Carolyn Love from Woodstock, GA and their children, Brandy Love, Randy Love, Rocky Morris, Penny Brown, Al Morris, and Lorna Sexton. She is also survived by her sister Betty Louise’s son-in-law William E. Ross of Broken Arrow, OK and his children, Keith Ross of Warwick, MA and Debbie Ross, of Broken Arrow, OK.
Mary is interred in Forest Home Cemetery of Ft. Lauderdale alongside Raymond Johnson and close to Hubert Love.
Mary was wonderful to all her relatives and brought joy and a loving attitude to all she did. She and her extended family appreciated the care and support she received from Indian River Estates in Vero Beach, FL. She will be greatly missed.

Paul Wekstein, 61, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Cleveland Clinic – Weston in Weston, Florida.
Paul was born in Newton, Massachusetts to the late Louis and Janis Roazen Wekstein. Paul and his beloved wife Tara moved to Vero Beach two years ago from Evergreen, Colorado.
Paul was a Master Dog Trainer and was in service to human and canine alike for nearly 40 years, coast to coast. Paul established his first company at age 25 in California. With his most recent operating companies; Elite Florida Canine College located in Vero Beach, FL and Mountain Canine College, in operation 26 years in Evergreen, Colorado.
Survivors include his wife Tara L. Wekstein of Vero Beach, daughters Olivia (Jeremiah) Murry of Anderson, South Carolina and Victoria (Kyle) Bazner of Ciudad Jaurez, Mexico, sister Ann Rachel Wekstein of Brookline, Massachusetts.
He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, Aunts and Uncles. In addition to his canines; Bear, Ceaser, Dutchess, Sonny, Atos and Bosco.

Lois B. Thompson, 89, Vero Beach
May 12, 1933 – July 8, 2022
Lois B. Thompson of Vero Beach, FL passed away peacefully at the VNA Hospice House July 8th, 2022. While saddened by this unexpected loss, the family is comforted knowing she is in heaven and reunited with her husband, daughter and other family members.
She was born in Albany, Georgia on May 12th, 1933. She graduated from Albany High School and attended Mercer University in Macon, GA where she graduated with a degree in history. She was a member of the Mercer University Chorus, the Cardinal Key National Honor Society, the Debate Team, and the Chi Omega Sorority.
She met her future husband James A. “Jim” Thompson while at Mercer. They were married in 1954 and moved to Vero Beach.
She joined the First Baptist Church in 1954 and worked in the nursery “before being promoted” (as she would say with a laugh) to teach fifth grade Sunday School. It pleased her in the ensuing years to have a former student say he or she remembered her as well as her class lessons.
Lois devoted herself to her family and raising their three children. She was very involved in their school and extracurricular activities and supportive of her husband’s business, military responsibilities, and sports officiating activities. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed hosting brunch, lunch and dinner events, bridal and baby showers, birthday and graduation parties, and family gatherings. She had a variety of specialties but none more so than her “secret recipe” party mix which she cultivated into a fine art. She loved to give it to family, friends, neighbors, and others. She developed quite a following of people who were happy to be on the receiving end when she made it.
She began working for the Florida Baptist Retirement Center in 1979 when they asked her if she could help them in the office “for a few days.” She found that she enjoyed working outside of the home. Since her children were older, she continued to do so well past those “few days.”
Always eager to learn, Lois aspired to becoming the administrator of the facility one day. She began studying in 1988 and accomplished her goal in 1989 when she passed the Nursing Home Administrator exam with flying colors and obtained her license. She served as the administrator until her retirement in 1997. She touched the lives of many residents and family members. She spoke frequently of the joy she received and the blessings she experienced in that role. She believed it was a calling and a ministry to work with senior adults. She was a very hands-on administrator and deeply cared for the residents and staff. One of her greatest pleasures was singing and playing the keyboard each Wednesday morning with the residents of the nursing home rhythm band.
Three months after her retirement, she found she missed being involved in the medical field. She worked for several physicians doing medical transcription, completing license applications, tracking CMEs, maintaining medical records, and a variety of other office responsibilities. She retired again at the age of 82.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Lou, (2008) her daughter, Amy, (2015) and her husband of 68 years, Jim, in February of 2022.
She is survived by her son, David of Vero Beach, FL, daughter, Laura (David) Kennedy of Vero Beach, FL, granddaughter, Leslie (Clifton) Bigwood and their children Annsley and Tate of Bluffton, SC, sister, Mary (Scott) Leslie of Allen, TX, nieces Abigail (Zack) Bigelow of Dallas, TX, Sarah (Matt) Leslie-Hayes and their daughter Quinn of San Antonio, TX, and devoted family friend, LaRonda Rivers of Vero Beach, FL.
Services will be held Friday, July 15 in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church, Vero Beach, FL at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends in the sanctuary from 9:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. prior to the service. She will be laid to rest at Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach, FL following the conclusion of the service.

Holly loved life. She loved meeting new people, she loved traveling to new destinations, and she especially loved her Country Western music.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dawn Marie Krupa & Karen McCarroll; and Stepfather, John Allison.
In addition to her parents, Holly is survived by her three loving children, Emily Eubank, Ryan Eubank & Walker McCarroll; three siblings, Thomas Krupa, Jr., Christine Krupa & Nichole Blum; former stepfather, Jack Blum; and many other loving family & friends.

Martha “Marty” Rea Kastensmidt
September 26, 1945 – July 9, 2022
Marty moved on to her promised new home on July 9th, 2022, after a three year fight with cancer.
Marty was born in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1945, one of nine children born to Bernard (Pappy) and Mabel Filiatreau. There was a house full of children and only one bathroom, and they all survived. Pappy was a meat cutter, so there was always meat on the table. Mabel was a housewife, and she raised the kids. All of the Filiatreau children attended parochial schools in the Louisville, Kentucky area, and so did Marty.
As a teenager, Marty met her future husband of 56 years, Jim, who worked at a Standard Oil service station, fixing flat tires and washing cars. In 1965, after completing school, they were married and set out on their journey of life. They accepted their first career assignments in Jackson, Mississippi. Marty quickly learned office management skills and landed a position in the medical field. The journey of life took them to McComb, Mississippi, where their two oldest boys were born, then onto Biloxi, Mississippi, where their third son was born, and then on to Houston, Texas, for their fourth son’s birth. In 1982, their family moved to Vero Beach, Florida, where Marty continued her career in the medical field. In 2000, after fifteen years at the Doctors’ Clinic, she retired.
Marty worked to ensure that each of her four sons received a college education. She raised the kids — caring for skinned knees, bruised egos, and broken hearts. She was a member of PTAs and PTOs, Little League, and the former president of the VBHS Diamond Booster Club. She absolutely loved her four boys, and she poured herself into them.
Marty is survived by her husband Jim, their four sons: J. Michael (Jennifer) of Cartersville, Georgia; David (Pam) of Gainesville, Florida; Matt (Julie) of Vero Beach, Florida; and Sam (Laura) of Plantation, Florida. She leaves behind thirteen grandkids: Hannah, Meg, Caroline, Abby, Alex, Aidan, Hunter, Lindsey, Cade, Caleb, Jacob, Leah, and Nathan, and they all called her “Granny.” Marty also leaves behind two sisters, Cathy and Libby, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Visitation will be Thursday July 21, 2022 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Strunk Funeral Homes and Crematory 916 17th St. Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
Due to the current renovations being made to St. Helen Catholic Church, Funeral Mass for Marty will take place 10:00 am Friday July 22, 2022 at Holy Cross Catholic Church located at 500 Iris Dr. Vero Beach, Florida 32963.
Burial will take place at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky at a later date.

Linda Carol Deyette, 75

Mrs. Linda Carol Deyette, 75, passed away July 6, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania to the late Cyrus Condran and Doris Brightbill Condran.
Linda worked in the retail industry as a sales associate for Walmart in Sebastian for 20 years before her retirement.
In her spare time, she enjoyed the outdoors, the swimming in the pool and being known as the “bingo queen”. Her true joy though was found in her family, she was a doting mother and grandmother, always putting others needs ahead of her own. She was called “momma” by many and that is due to the love and caring she poured out on everyone around her.
Survivors include her husband, David Robert Deyette; sons, Brian E. Nowiski, Jeffrey Deyette (Janet) and David Deyette II. of Waltham, Massachusetts, sister-in-law Dorrice Deyette of Easthampton, Massachusetts; five grandchildren, Jessica, Jeffery II, Justin, Joseph and Jacob; and one great-grandchild, Connor; five sisters; two brothers; numerous other loving family members, and her sweet little fur baby Lilyanne.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Sandy, brother, John and daughter-in-law Grace Nowiski.

Margaret “Midge” Ann Bailey, 68, left her earthly vessel and entered Heaven Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Cleveland Clinic – Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach.
Midge was born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania and moved to Vero Beach in the early 1980’s from her place of birth. After high school, she attended Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA graduating from there with her BS Degree and then obtained her Masters Degree in Agriculture from Penn State.
She began working in the Histology Department at Indian River Memorial Hospital in 1984, retiring after 30 years.
Midge was a member of GraceSpring Church in Vero Beach. She was a member of the NHS (National Histotech Society) and volunteered at many of the Pickleball University functions in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her beloved husband Jim of Vero Beach, stepchildren Tracy Bailey and Jesse (Linnea) Bailey, siblings Sally (David) Mancini, Tom (Sharon) Aughinbaugh, Bob (Nancy) Aughinbaugh, Mike (Anne) Aughinbaugh, Dave Aughinbaugh, and John Aughinbaugh, brother and sister in laws Terry and Sam Pryor, Mark and Pam Bailey, and Bonnie Bailey. She is also survived by four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas H. and Winifred (nee Noon) Aughinbaugh, and a sister Patti Williams.

Dr. John C Abbott III, 74, of Vero Beach, FL, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022.
He was born in Kinston, NC on March 5, 1948 to the late John C Abbott Jr and Nelle S Abbott. He served as an E6 in the US Army in the Special Forces during the Vietnam War for two tours. He attended and graduated from Arizona State University and St. Leo University where he earned both his Doctorate in Psychology and his Bachelors in Political Sciences. He married Susan W Abbott on December 21, 1996.
John was a psychologist when he retired, but also served in City Municipal Government Management. It was during that part of his career that he was listed in “Who’s Who of Professionals” 1995. He believed in community service and during his lifetime served as the Executive Director of Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Center, a board member with the Big Brother and Big Sister program, the Director of the International Lion’s Club, an Alderman, a mayor, and a Jaycee.
He is survived by a daughter, Carrie Abbott. Further, he is survived by two stepdaughters, Caroline (Brian) Neider of Vero Beach, FL and Marianna Hughes (Tammy Hill) of Winter Haven, FL. Additionally he is survived by three grandchildren, Stephanie Jones, Steven (Lauren) Jones, and Allison Hill.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM with the funeral service to begin immediately after at Vero Christian Church in Vero Beach, FL on June 6, 2022.
Burial will be at 2:00 PM at the National Cemetery in Cape Canaveral located in Mims, FL on June 7, 2022.

Everett David Collins, Jr. 79, of Vero Beach, passed away Friday, June 3, 2022.
Everett was born to the late Everett Collins, Sr. and Virginia Olivera on June 26, 1942 in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Everett joined the United States Air Force in 1962 where he met the love of his life Gwendolyn Randall. He retired from the City of Vero Beach as a Fleet Manager.
Everett is survived by his wife Gwen Collins, daughter Carrie Duprey and son-in-law Harold Duprey, his grandsons Andrew Rawls, David Rawls, and David’s wife Valerie Rawls, his brother Dennis Collins, sister Kathleen Doyle, sister-in-law Dail Chipman, and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Everett was proceeded in death by his son Jamie David Collins and sister, Patricia Collins.
A private family service will be held on Wednesday June 8, 2022 from 2-3 pm at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home 1950 20th Street in Vero Beach.

Anne Cummings, 83, Vero Beach

Anne Cummings, 83 years old of Vero Beach, FL, passed away peacefully in her home on June 7, 2022. She was born to the late John & Mary Rehill on December 12, 1938 in Teaneck, New Jersey. Anne graduated from Cazenovia College and NYU in 1961 and received her Bachelors in Education. She married John G. Cummings on May 27, 1961. They lived together in New York and moved to Michigan and raised their children. They later retired and moved to Vero Beach, Florida in 1988.
Anne is survived by her children Douglas (Debra) Cummings, Lawrence (Colleen) Cummings, Jean Cummings of Michigan and Charles (Kelly) Cummings of Vero Beach, Florida. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Amanda (Don) Helgemo, Colin Cummings, Thomas John (TJ) Cummings, Ryan Cummings and a great-grandson Jameson Helgemo.
Anne will be remembered for her smart, witty sense of humor along with her love of family and friends.
The family will be having a private ceremony to be held on July 16, 2022 in Vero Beach, Fl.

Rosaire C. Voyer, 85, Florida
April 30, 1937 – June 9, 2022
ROSAIRE AT HEAVEN’S BENCH
Nickname of Hole #15 at Barton, VT Golf Course
Rosaire C Voyer, beloved husband, father and grandfather went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2022 at the age of 85. Rosaire was born in Lowell, VT. He served in the US Navy in damage control. After his four years of service, he returned to Vermont.
He married Claire Blais in 1962 and moved to Barton, VT and eventually moved to St. Johnsbury, VT. He became a Florida resident in 1997 after retiring as a product engineer at Greenfield Industries, formerly, Vermont Tap and Die in Lyndonville, VT.
Rosaire was an avid golfer, bowler and card player for most of his life. He had a close, loving relationship with his sons and was a super grandfather to his six grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Claire; sons, Maurice (Mo) and wife Sharon of Ortonville, MI and their children, Thomas, John and Kelsey; and Marcel and his wife Vicki of Baldwinsville, NY and their children Melissa, Michelle and Joshua; sisters Germaine Beliveau, Gloria Durocher and husband Lawrence, Annette Royer and husband Andrew, Sr Elaine Voyer; and brothers John Jr and wife Brenda and Gerard and wife Louise, sisters-in-law Joyce and Mary.
He was preceded in death by his parents John Baptiste and Gladys Voyer, sisters Eugenie Hebert and husband William, Rosealma Chmielecki and husband Lucian, Jeannette Garrett and husband Ralph, Theresa Rivers and husband Harlan, Sr Roseanna Voyer and brothers Eugene and wife Theresa, Louis, Arthur and wife Alice, Emile, Lawrence, and Lucien, brothers-in-law Norman Tetreault and Reginald Beliveau.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his beloved St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Go to “fundraising.stjude.org” and select “find a fundraiser” (bottom of screen) and type Voyer in “Last Name” and it will find the “Rosaire (Rosie) Voyer Memorial Fund”. Many bike-a-thons were done by Rosaire including raising $3378 in 1992.

Mary Antonina (Knab) Keegan, 81, Fort Pierce
August 24, 1940 – June 9, 2022
Our dear mother, Mary Antonina (Knab) Keegan, of Fort Pierce, Florida died unexpectedly, and peacefully, Thursday, June 9, 2022, at the age of 81. She is pre-deceased by her husband of 49 years, Edward Philip Keegan, and her siblings Madonna (Al) Schoenle, Virginia (Walter) Meyers,
David (Shirley) Knab, Loretta Daley, and Peter Knab. Mary is survived by her three children Steve (Joyce Kaltenbach) Keegan, Chrissy (John) Bradford, Aaron (Penny) Keegan, and her beloved companion Richard Williams. She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 8 grand fur babies, sisters-in-law Linda Knab and Margaret (Keegan) Jackson, a brother-in-law Bob Daley, and many nieces and nephews. She was a blessing to her family and her many friends. To honor Mary’s memory, we are holding a memorial service on Friday, June 16, 2022 at the club house at Spanish Lakes in Fort Pierce, Florida, where Mary has been a resident for 21 years. Elsie Mae Murphy, 97
February 5, 1925 – June 10, 2022
When a Mother is more than a Mother, she is your best friend!
My beautiful, vibrant, loving, caring, and vivacious mother, Elsie Mae Murphy (97), spread her heavenly wings on June 10th, 2022, and is now happily free of her pain and suffering. She has entered her her Savior’s kingdom of unconditional love. Her favorite quotes: “Never say never!” “Believe in yourself!” “Always try to do your best!” and “Stay positive even in the worst of times!” were guidelines for the way she lived her life. She loved and fought fiercely for her family, she loved God, and she was always up for an adventure. Her smile was contagious and her talents were many. She was a beautiful singer and a talented piano player. She loved playing bridge, solitaire, dominoes, bunco, and any other game that brought her family and friends together. She loved to laugh, she loved her adorable doggies, and she loved her kind friends, she loved her
Buckeyes, and she still loved to press a crease in her jeans. She was the best mom a gal could ask for, and she will live on in my heart forever. Our nightly ritual was to say, “Gute Nacht und süße Träume” and “I love you the mostest!” I will continue that ritual forever.
Elsie worked for 25 years as a Research and Development Technician at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and at the Hycar and MacTac Laboratories. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable, and her excellent work ethic inspired many young chemists. Her travels took her throughout Europe and hot air ballooning with her son Wade, to Hawaii and Alaska going dog sledding on a glacier with her daughter Carolyn, to
Georgia riding on a gyrocopter with her son Don, and on many joyous adventures, cruises, and trips to Las Vegas with the love of her life Ed Murphy. Elsie was the president of Stow’s Garden Club, an officer in the NETA Chapter of Eastern Star, a Girl Scout leader, a member of the United Methodist Church, and numerous other organizations.
Elsie is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Oliver (Vero Beach, FL), her son, Donald Shreffler (Beavercreek, OH), six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and eight stepchildren and their families. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Edmund J. Murphy, her son Wade A. Shreffler, her brothers (Earl, John, Dave, and Roy) Reid, and her sister, Irene Carle.
A graveside service will be held at a later date in Stow, OH.
