Vero Beach, Fla. – On March 9th, 2022, United Against Poverty of Indian River County will partner with the Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA) to host the first-ever Build Your Future Career Expo. The event will be held at the UP Center (1400 27th St., Vero Beach, FL 32960) from 10am – 1pm. The event will feature a diverse variety of employers representing construction and manufacturing trades across the Treasure Coast who will be providing hands-on demonstrations to educate the public about career paths and earning potential. Indian River County has several employers still struggling to close their workforce needs due to the pandemic and we know that so many in our community are in search of meaningful career opportunities that pay a living wage. This event will link these two stakeholder groups.
