Selma Ruth Breslin, 96

October 31, 1925 – November 23, 2021

Selma Ruth Breslin, passed away peacefully at home on November 23rd, 2021.

She was born in Springfield, Massachusetts coming from Hopewell Junction, NY.

Selma worked from 1964 to 1985 for Westchester County New York and retired from there as an Administrative Aid in Statistics.

She was a devoted Catholic and attended both Saint Helen’s Catholic Church and Saint John of the Cross in Vero Beach, Fl. Selma proudly volunteered at the Vero Beach Humane Society Thrift Store.

Selma is survived by her stepson John Breslin (Diane), stepdaughters Rosemary McConologue and Linda Margarone. Brother Robert Cooley of California and multiple nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her loving husband Michael Breslin and brother Irwin Cooley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to VNA Hospice at 1110 35th Ln. Vero Beach, Florida 32960 or the Vero Beach Humane Society Thrift Store at 4425 20th St, Vero Beach, FL 32966.

Dora Ellen Coleman, 81

December 2, 1939 – November 20, 2021

Dora lost her battle to lung cancer at her home in Florida on Saturday, November, 20, 2021. Dora was native to Delaware.
Daughter of Elsie Saxton and Walter Sheats.
She is survived by her loving husband George T. Coleman. Her three beautiful children, George Coleman Jr., Shirley Steeves, and Earl Coleman. Their spouses Dallas Fremont, Gerald Steeves, and Tina Coleman. She left behind a lineage of four grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. Her siblings David Sheats and Helen Smith. Dora worked at Playtex Apparel for 31 years. After retirement she started a new career as the best cafeteria lady in Smyrna school district. She was also known for her specialty cakes. Dora was loved by many friends and co-workers. She was an amazing human. Dora gave her best in every part of her life.She is missed immensely and never forgotten. We love you, Your Biggest Fans!
