Shelby Ray Lee, age 82, passed away August 19, 2021 at VNA Hospice House.
She was born in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Norman and Virginia Lee.

Rose Paffenroth, 87, Vero Beach
July 11, 1934 – August 07, 2021
Rose Paffenroth entered into heaven on August 7, 2021. She was born July 11, 1934, to Frank and Antonette Giza Barczak in Pine Island, Orange County, New York.
Rose was a resident of Vero Beach, FL since 1990 and was predeceased by husband, Milton R. Paffenroth in 2006. She was a member of Grace Baptists Church and served her Lord and Savior in many capacities.
Rose will be immensely missed by her son, Keith H. Paffenroth of Vero Beach; and three granddaughters, Sarah Paffenroth, Anna Marie Paffenroth and Rebecca Paffenroth,
She is survived by one brother, John C. Barczak of NY. Rose saw the passing of her four sisters and her four brothers.
A Memorial Service will be held 4 p.m., Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Grace Baptist Church, 1285 43rd Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

Nicholas Rossi, 97, Vero Beach
June 19, 1924 – August 16, 2021
Nick was born on the 19th of June 1924 in East 106 Street New York, New York, to Alexander Rossi and Francis (Cuccia) Nick was the youngest of 2 his brother Joseph who is deceased was born the year before him. Both spent their childhood growing up in the city through some very difficult times. They both joined the Roosevelt Civilian Corps Core CCC’s Plan until the war broke out.
Nick joined the Coast Guard during World War II and was posted out of Boston where he met his future wife, Carol Lindstrom in 1943. He was then stationed in Greenland, patrolling the North Atlantic during the war. 4 Medals and commendations were received World War II, European African and Middle Eastern campaign, and Artic service.
Carol and Nick were married in 1945 and settled in Boston, Massachusetts initially. They had 5 children: John deceased, Gerald married to Salina, Janet Sanderson married to Richard deceased, Peter married to Maureen and Robert married to Cheryl. They moved to Quincy, Massachusetts with their 4 children in 1960. Nick worked his entire career for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority MBTA. Upon his retirement, Carol and he moved to West Harwich, Massachusetts. They eventually ended up at Woodfield in Vero Beach, Florida. Nick was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Woodfield Tennis Club.
Nick passed away peacefully on Monday morning the 16th of August 2021 and was 97 years old.
He was an amazing loving and cherished husband of Carol Louise (Lindstrom). Besides his Children, he is survived by 5 grand children Christopher married to Stephanie, Robyn married to Anthony, Meredith married to Richard, James and Kathie. 3 step grandchildren Jill, Tania and Denzel. 7 Great grandchildren Jack, Danielle, Noah, Katie, Ryan, Jordan and Evan, 7 Nieces and Nephews Lyndia Milles deceased, Richard Elliot deceased, Nancy Kelley, Jackie Hughes, Scott Elliot, Ronald Rossi and Donna Costello.
Nick will be greatly missed by his loving family and his many friends.
A Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Saint John of the Cross Catholic Church at 10 am Wednesday 25th of August, cremation service will follow at the Thomas Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory in Vero Beach, Florida .
Because of travel and COVID restrictions, we will plan on a Celebration of Life Service for Nick that will be held virtually and be available on the web.

Vincent Gary Foster, 31, Sunrise
October 19, 1989 – August 16, 2021
Vincent Gary Foster, 31, of Sunrise FL, passed away unexpectedly on August 16th, 2021. He was born to Jodi Wickey and Gary Foster on October 19th,1989 in Coral Springs, FL. Vinny graduated from Porter Ridge High School in 2008 and went on to study at the University of Miami, where he graduated in 2012 and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Double Major in Political Science and Philosophy, and Minors in Spanish and Criminology.
Vinny was always a leader in every aspect of his life. Constantly working hard to not only better himself but to always encourage his family, friends and colleagues to do the same. From his family to his friends he always made sure that they knew he loved and cared for them in a way not many people can do.
Vinny was very passionate about life, family, friends, and politics. He was driven, charismatic, supportive and loving. He had an amazing energy that reflected on everyone that knew him. He truly had a heart of gold.
He is survived by his father Gary Foster; his mother Jodi Wickey; his Grandmother Faye Foster; his Grandfather Kharl Foster; his brothers Mason & Carter Wickey; his aunts Kerry Zaluski, Tara Stanley, Shana Milano, Trudi Foster; his uncles Eddie Zaluski, Kurt Foster, and Desmond Gilling and his cousins, Shane Welsh, Damian Foster-Levy, Connor Tobbin, Hillary Gilling, Liam Stanley, Edward Zaluski, Olivia Milano, and Carlo Wickey.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and again from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Coral Springs Funeral Home. A Celebration of Vincent’s Life will begin at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
