Event Details
Who? The IBC Network Foundation and Dr. Holly Hamilton, DMD Where? This is an in-person scavenger hunt which will take place in this community.
When? Saturday, 10/2/2021 12:30-5:00 PM, teams must be present by 12:00 PM Registration online (preferred), in person at Riverside Family Dental or on the day of the event (10:00 AM-12:00 PM). Limited number of T-shirts will be available to the first registrants.
Why? To benefit The IBC Network Foundation, an organization that funds research for Inflammatory Breast Cancer
What? A scavenger hunt throughout the Sebastian, FL area
How? The goal is to raise money and have fun!
Participants will form teams of 1-6 people who can safely and legally fit in one vehicle. In the weeks leading up to the event please ask your family/friends/neighbors/co-workers to sponsor your scavenger hunt just as you would if this event was a race or a walk. The entire team will have to participate for all tasks.

The day of the event we will meet at the launch location above. Each team will receive a packet of information along with a list of tasks. The hunt will take you throughout Sebastian area. Some items will require photo or video proof, so please bring a camera or cell phone that is fully charged. All photos for the hunt will need to be on the same camera though. The time allowed to “hunt” will be 3 hours.
At the conclusion of the hunt, teams will meet back at the location listed for awards and a celebration with snacks.
The winning scavenger hunt team will win an award.
If you would like to join a team, but your friends are unavailable the day of the hunt please contact me! Joining a team will be a great way to meet new people!!
Rules
O Teams must provide their own vehicle
o Teams must provide their own camera/smart phone
o Every team member must sign a waiver
o Registered teams must meet by 12:00 pm at Sebastian Riverview Park pavilion o One vehicle per team with a maximum of 6 team members
o Teams must stay together – splitting up will end in disqualification of the entire team o Pictures must have ALL teammates in it (All but the teammate taking the picture and unless otherwise specified)
o Teams must follow all laws and driving regulations
o EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE FUN!!
