Healthy Start Coalition announces Dr. Sharon Packard as Clinical Program Manager
Andrea Berry, CEO of Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition announces Dr. Sharon Packard as the coalition’s Clinical Program Manager. Dr. Sharon Packard is a licensed psychologist with more than 15 years of experience working with children and families in clinical and educational settings. Dr. Packard earned her Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida, and she completed her fellowship training at Temple University. Her background in program development, evaluation, and administration are strengths that align with her current role as the Healthy Start Program Manager. She is excited to utilize her expertise in mental health and health behavior change to help optimize the outcomes for mothers, babies, and families served by the Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition. In addition to her current role with Healthy Start, Dr. Packard is a former board member and volunteer who became an advocate after experiencing the benefits of Healthy Start firsthand during childbirth education classes and lactation support.
