Joseph R. Cappuccio III, 63, Sebastian

February 23, 1958 – June 19, 2021

Joseph R. Cappuccio III, 63, of Sebastian, Florida, son of the late Joseph R. and Marion Cappuccio.

Joseph leaves his devoted wife Patricia L. Cappuccio and two sisters, Maureen Rogers (Michael), his niece Caitlin McGill (Shawn), and their children Lyla, Shawn, Brody, and Parker, as well as nephew Brendan Rogers, Sister Carleen Carter (John), niece Katie Carter, and nephew John Carter Jr.

“Joey,“ as he was called by his family and many friends, loved traveling and spending time with the love of his life, Patty. Together they traveled to many of their favorite places across the Country, sightseeing, and golfing.

In his earlier years, Joey was a professional Stone Mason carrying a tradition on from his Grandfather and Father. Joey’s artistic Stone Mason talents were unmatched, creating many beautiful stone structures. Joey was later employed by the State of Rhode Island as a skilled and passionate caregiver to the handicapped.

Joey had a wonderful sense of humor, making many friends golfing and bowling in leagues in the Sebastian area. Joey had a special bond with his golfing buddies and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them and their families. His sense of humor and caring ways were loved by his family and friends throughout his life.

Joey cherished moments telling stories and laughing about his days growing up in Rhode Island playing hockey, little league, and as an alter boy at St. Francis Church in Wakefield RI.

He will be greatly missed by all. We welcome you to a visitation, followed by memorial service at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian, Florida on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 2:00pm.
