VERO BEACH — Florida East Coast Railway officials will close 16th Street at the railroad crossing next week to make repairs to the railway, authorities said.
The railway crossing at 16th Street will close from 6 a.m. June 1 to midnight June 3, according to the Vero Beach Police Department. The area is south of State Road 60 and west of U.S. 1.
A detour route will be posted at 12th Street and S.R. 60, officials said. Those who want more information can contact the Indian River County Traffic Engineering Division at 772-226-1547.
