Hurricane Expo 2021

Begins:

June 5, 2021

Ends:

June 5, 2021

This FREE event will include Chief Meteorologist Mike Lyons (WPBF 25 ABC) as guest speaker. Many local businesses and organizations will be onsite to provide information to help you prepare & answer your questions. Come out and meet members of the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office, Emergency Operations Center, C.E.R.T., United Way and more!

The Salvation Army will be on site providing hamburgers/chips/soda for the first 100 attendees. They will also hold a FREE drawing for a generator.

Bring the kids, as IRC Fire Rescue will have a fire engine and rescue ambulance on site. Plus, a fire inspector will give
a demonstration on how to use a fire extinguisher. With the influx of new residents in Indian River County, this is an educational event to help everyone stay safe in the event of a hurricane in our area.

On the same day, the Indoor VendorFest at the Mall will also take place. You will have the opportunity to shop with a wide variety of local vendors showcasing their products/small businesses to the community. Raffles will also be held to support the Humane Society of Vero Beach (HSVB). VendorFest is a monthly event held at the Mall. Event takes place from 11AM-5PM.
