Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Senior Resource Association and VNA are excited to let you know we are partnering to get COVID-19 vaccines to the homebound in Indian River County. See attached flyer for additional details.
SRA and VNA, need your help in identifying homebound individuals who have been unable to get the vaccine because of their homebound status. We suspect there are many vulnerable homebound people in Indian River County.
If you have loved ones, neighbors, clients, or patients in need, please email the VNA at IRCovidvaccinesforhomebound@vnatc.com or call 772-978-5524.
In your email or phone message, please be sure to leave the person’s first and last names, address, and phone number. VNA will contact the people directly to schedule the appointment date and time. Please also share this dedicated email address, phone number, and flier so that people in need can contact the VNA directly if they wish.
VNA is a CDC-approved COVID-19 vaccine program provider – all vaccines will be administered in the home by VNA RNs and LPNs.
We appreciate your support and commitment to this especially vulnerable population and thank you in advance for helping us to spread this important message. We are grateful to Miranda Hawker and the Florida Department of Health in Indian River County for working with us to make this happen. |
