The second edition of a book that gives a boost to area attractions, “Telican Pelican,” is now available. Author and illustrator, Ardi Schneider, first published this clever guide in 2013. Thanks to high interest and local buyers “Telican” appeared on the Book Center’s bestseller lists.
An enthusiastic while pelican narrates the rhymed descriptions with photos of the points of interest. This new edition has added the Children’s Garden at McKee, Audubon House, new Land Trust trails, Hallstrom House and the Center for Citizen Science.
