Gracie Lynn Presley, 49, Sebastian

Gracie Lynn Presley, 49, of Sebastian, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020.

A Private service will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020.  A public visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home, 1950 20th Street, Vero Beach, FL., 32960.

In accordance with the current COVID-19 guidelines, all visitors at the visitation will be required to wear face masks and observe social distancing.

Please be aware that the number of visitors at the funeral home will be safely monitored by the funeral home staff during the visitation.

 

Edgar Morris Price, 81, Sebastian

Edgar Morris Price, 81, of Sebastian, passed away on June 16, 2020. Ed was born in Canton, Ohio, on July 20, 1938, the son of Benjamin R. Price and M. Maxine Mehaffey Price.

Ed graduated from Dennison High School class of 1956. He went to Fenn College in Cleveland, and graduated from The Ohio State University, with a Bachelor Degree in chemistry.

On September 15, 1962. Ed married Wenda Miller, who passed away on May 11, 1972. Ed married Mary Farrell on November 24, 1973, who survives. Ed and Mary moved from Avon Lake, OH to Sebastian in August of 2005.

Ed worked in various capacities as chemist and engineer in several companies, including Owens Corning Fiberglass and FMC Corporation. He was a Chemical Operations consultant for the last few years of his working life. Ed served as president of the Lockport, N.Y, Management Club, and was active in the Jaycees in California and Maryland. Ed was an active member of the Sebastian Inlet Sail and Power Squadron, in Sebastian.

Besides his wife, Mary, Ed is survived by 3 sons, Eric (Julianne) of Vero Beach, FL, Benjamin of Columbus, OH, and Joseph (Gretchen) of Delaware, OH; grandchildren, Christopher, Nicole, and Susanne Price of FL, and Darienne, Kade, Makenna, Kanae, Kaylauna, Sequora and Kai Price of OH, brother, Dr. Gary Price of Apopka, FL and 3 Great Grandchildren.

Ed was preceded in death by His parents, and his first wife, Wendy.

There will be a private viewing by the family and a memorial service at a later date.

Darlene Ann Rodamer, 83, Vero Beach

Darlene Ann Rodamer, 83, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2020, in her home surrounded by family in Vero Beach.

Darlene was born on Jan. 12, 1937, the daughter of Joseph and Ann Smole, Darlene grew up in the Cleveland, Ohio, area where she graduated from Notre Dame Academy High School and attended Western Reserve University. She was united in marriage to Ronald Rodamer on May 28, 1960 at St. Vitus Church, Cleveland, Ohio.

She and Ron moved to West Bend, Wisc., where they raised their children whom she cared for dearly. Darlene was an active member of St. Frances Cabrini Church in West Bend.

Throughout Darlene’s life she worked in various positions but her greatest title was being a mother and grandmother.

After retiring she and Ron moved to Sugarloaf Key, Fla., and then to Vero Beach where she was a member of St. Helen’s Catholic Church and volunteered at Tambourine Resale Shop.

Darlene was an avid tennis player, enjoyed various exercise classes and was a fantastic cook and baker. She enjoyed cooking for her friends and family, always trying new recipes to Ron’s chagrin.

She is survived by husband, Ronald Rodamer; children Michael Rodamer, Key Colony Beach, FL, Anne Rodamer, Lomira, WI, Sara Tracy (Michael), Key Colony Beach, FL, Matthew Rodamer, Hartford, WI. Grandchildren Samantha, Clint, Savannah, Danielle, and Isabella. Her brother Joseph Smole (Carol), Painesville, OH and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Ann Smole of Cleveland, OH.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Helens Catholic Church, 2000 20th St. Vero Beach, FL 32960 on July 10th at 12:00PM.

 

Beverly Wright, 73, Sebastian

Beverly Wright, 73, of Sebastian, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.  She was born May 28, 1947, in Bayonne, N.J.

Beverly is survived by her beloved son Donald W. Wright Jr.

Beverly Wright, is pre-deceased by her father William Hundley, her mother Emma Hundley, her beloved husband Donald W. Wright, her beloved daughter Crystal Wright Lynch Wright, and survived by three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held by her family.
