Anyone who is holding an unused ticket for “Jesus Christ Superstar” or “Moonlight & Magnolias,” will be able to exchange those tickets for any show for the 2020 – 21 Theatre Guild season.
The Guild cannot guarantee the same seats, but will get as close as it can to those same seats. Many patrons already have tickets in the Box Office, which makes it easier for staff to do the exchanges.
When the time comes to exchange, ticket holders will be contacted directly. This may take a couple of months before this process is ready. Please be patient.
For those who have already purchased next season’s tickets, the Guild is working to come up with solutions that will be to customers’ satisfaction. As there almost 500 customers to contact, staff continues to ask for patience for just awhile longer. Customers will be contacted directly to make revised plans for the season.
